Following the journey of two neon colored dolphins, Jupiter & Mars is a well made underwater experience that also comes with a good message about protecting the future of the oceans in some interesting ways as well.

Yes, Jupiter & Mars has some similarities to Ecco the Dolphin -- you use echolocation, whales are revered as god-like entities, and there's a sci-fi slant to the story. This PS4 adventure doesn't go quite as insane as the Mega Drive classic, however, instead opting for a more down to Earth narrative about, well, Earth. Taking control as the former of the two titular dolphins, you'll be making a splash in an effort to restore the natural order of the ocean. That's a pretty big mission, but by the time the credits roll, you'll probably wish there was more to it.
Dolphins were my absolute favorite animals as a child. I studied all about the different species, characteristics, and habitats across the world. My love for them was so strong that I wanted to be a marine biologist for a long time. That was until I realized how much I abhorred cold water and the dream dissipated. Jupiter & Mars is lovely to look at and listen too. I just wish it was actually fun to play.
