With some major updates and a perhaps a price cut to draw more players in, it could become a decent way to spend your time. But until then, it’s likely to just annoy you. In fact, there isn’t really a “story” at all. Instead, Shinobi Striker focuses on online multiplayer battles and a batch of unlockable solo missions. You get the solo missions by talking to characters from the series in the small hub-world, with most of them being prefaced by a short cutscene introducing the mission. The core of the game is its multiplayer, so the lack of a full-fledged campaign isn’t too disappointing, but I can’t help but admit it would have been awesome to see my custom avatar take part in a unique story told in the Narutoverse. As for the solo missions, they are a fun diversion from the PvP and are used to unlock new masters and, in turn, new jutsu and abilities for your character. They do tend to get repetitive after a while, however, as many of the missions are merely repeats of earlier ones with a slightly altered objective or harder difficulty.","https://cogconnected.com/review/naruto-boruto-shinobi-striker-review/","2018-09-09","75",75
72197
3161,"Cameron Teague
37,"https://cdn.criticdb.com/storage/v1/object/public/avatars/Outlets/playstation-lifestyle-logo.png","Playstation Lifestyle","https://www.playstationlifestyle.net/","In our Naruto to Boruto PS4 review, we look at the latest gaming entry in the Naruto series and how it fairs in the world of ninja's.","https://www.playstationlifestyle.net/review/692747-naruto-to-boruto-ps4-review/","2018-09-06","6",60
77982
5575,"Jason Coles
56,"https://cdn.criticdb.com/storage/v1/object/public/avatars/Outlets/TheSixthAxis-Logo.jpg","TheSixthAxis","https://www.thesixthaxis.com/","This might be the first Naruto game in a long time that does something new, blending anime with class-based online battles.
