I’ve absolutely adored my team with Street Fighter 6, it may soon become my favorite fighting game, ever. It’s loaded with content for any taste level, and has never been easier to get into for newbies and I truly cannot wait for the FGC community at large to embrace Capcom’s finest entry to the series yet.
To end my ceaseless rambling and gushing, Rogue Legacy 2 takes what the original built and surpasses it on all fronts. In almost a decade between releases the small team at Cellar Door Games managed to go from helping to craft and contribute to a booming subgenre of gaming, to reflecting the scene’s popularity to craft this grand, and well-thought-out sequel. Good on them.
In my 30+ hours with SoW on its challenging and rewarding Captain (Normal) difficulty, I can safely say that this is absolutely one for the lovers of fantasy-set strategy titles and a very welcoming beginner’s foray into leading armies into battle. Thanks to Dancing Dragon for letting me review this one, please support Indie developers, and check Symphony of War: The Nephilim Saga out on Steam for PC now.
