NeuroVoider is a great addition to the Switch, both providing a challenge for a single player while also being a great party game.  The loot customization adds a hook to keep you playing and killing more monsters, while the procedural generation makes sure you always have new levels and loot to look for.

Neurovoider expertly blends shooter and RPG elements, delivering concentrated blasts of arcade mayhem followed by a brief strategic respite. It’s tough, yes, but failure is rarely frustrating and you’ll end up jumping right back into the fray. Noisy, tough, but ridiculously entertaining, Neurovoider will have you praying for the robot apocalypse.

NeuroVoider embodies the textbook definition of "git gud." Though some may balk at its challenge and grind, those who stick with it will get absorbed in the search for the perfect run.

NeuroVoider blends a few different genres to form an interesting twin-stick shooter experience. Death is permanent and levels are randomly generated between a handful of different environments so it definitely has the roguelike thing going on.
