The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters Reviews
Professional reviews from gaming critics
This k-horror survival game gives us a breath of fresh air by using contemporary survival play strategies, while giving us the freedom to choose our own path. Having two endings in the game so drastically different just makes the gamer want to play over and over. Coma 2: Vicious Sisters is a must buy for its unique gameplay and 2D design along with great character development.
I feel like I need to start this review by stating that I do not like horror games. Why? First of all, they are scary, second of all, they scare me, and therefore, there does not need to be a third of all. Had I known that this was a horror game, I wouldn’t have chosen to play it, much less review it. In retrospect, the thumbnail and trailer for The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters scream “horror,” so I have no idea what I was thinking at the time.
You don’t need to have played its prequel to get fully absorbed into the dark world of The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters. You play as a character from the original
I went into The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters expecting nothing, but aside from the initial frustration I had with its combat elements, came away having enjoyed this nice little slice of K-horror a lot. Now that it's over (it's rather short), I find myself thinking about going to the original game and giving it a try. If you're looking for a unique take on survival horror that isn't part of an established series already, this should whet your horror whistle nicely.
A strong survival-horror experience that welcomes new players with open arms.
