Toilet humour can be very funny if it’s written well and I’m not sure it’s written well here. That’s a shame because the rest of The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk is a decent effort at the tactical genre, with some genuine replay value thrown in. Why not give it a stab? Or perhaps, a backstab?
In contrast with games with solemn tones, The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk includes a comedic style and unpredictable characters who question the roots of fantastic stories. Puzzles, strategic battles, quests, and great voice acting are part of this constant and enjoyable satire.

Have you ever been duped while playing a dungeon crawler? No, neither have I, well, until The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos came out. This tactical RPG is full of story, heart, orcs, and humour. I don’t know why, but starting this game I didn’t expect to hear all the characters swearing casually as well, but hey, it ended up happening. You learn something new everyday.
Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos has a lot of obstacles in its way from becoming a solid gem worth your time. The first few hours are a bit of a drag to get through since the majority of this time you’ll spend either hating the dialogue or hating the difficulty from the (more predetermined than random) RNG that this game employs. Trudge through this and you’ll find that the learning curve gets easier, the writing simmers down a bit, but the difficulty still remains the same.
