If the developers invest time into stronger customisation, polished dialogue, intuitive crafting, and more robust magic, this game could someday delight. For now—and unless major updates arrive soon—I won’t return to my innkeeper’s apron. I’m hopeful the devs take this review in the spirit it’s intended: critical, but caring. Better updates could turn Magic Inn into the experience it wanted to be. A lot of work remains, but the game is playable. I rate Magic Inn 4.5/10.
