On Nintendo Switch, It Takes Two supports Couch Co-op (with two Joy-cons), Local Wireless Play, and Online Co-op. Players who own It Takes Two are able to send a "Friend's Pass" to another player, which allows them to play alongside it for free. The game's graphics are noticeably lackluster on the Switch, with the visuals of It Takes Two's wondrous, mishmashed world paling in comparison to those in the game's other platforms. However, the game transitions onto Switch relatively well in spite of this. After adjusting to the Switch's controls and limited graphics, this version of the game is not noticeably different than its counterparts. Nintendo Switch loyalists, or those looking to play It Takes Two on the go, will have a fantastic time guiding May and Cody as they encounter It Takes Two's wild cast of characters and gain a new appreciation for each other's strength, sacrifices, and unique talents.
