Avowed is a terrific game from Obsidian Entertainment and is their best outing since Fallout: New Vegas. The world is rich with exploitable zones and characters to interact with. Each response by the player character makes the roleplaying aspect all the more enjoyable. Switching weapons on the fly feels incredible during battles, and the different types are fun to play around with. While the messy weapons screen and third-person mode feel off during gameplay, those minor instances don’t der...

The Last of Us Part 1 is a testament to what Naughty Dog can do. They successfully built the first Last of Us game into a beautiful showcase for the PlayStation 5. It doesn’t matter if you’ve new or played it many times before, this is one that you’ll need to check out.

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is the redemption that Square Enix needs. This game is a fantastic single player journey that britantly shows off the Guardians in action. If you were burned by Marvel’s Avengers, this game might heal those old wounds.
