Review: Future Knight invites you to save the world, in the style of an old-school LCD game. But is it more than a novelty?
Future Knight is a masterpiece of nostalgic recreation, but it doesn't matter if you never played the old LCD handheld consoles it tries to emulate because it's an excellent action-platformer in its own right. The soundtrack deserves special mention for being truly unique, unlike anything I've ever heard before. The combination of all these aesthetic and gameplay elements results in a fantastic title that's only kept from perfection by a few minor technical and performance issues.
Lively and full of personality, the game is a run and gun with platforming elements.
Don't worry about your grandma. She can live with me, be my maid.
