As great as a hidden object title can get, Hidden Through Time is a simple recommendation for anyone that likes the genre, especially when taking into account the online maps, offering nearly endless replayability.
If Where's Wally is your kind of jam, Hidden Through Time is a lovely digital recreation of that genre. With a cute aesthetic and pleasing creation and sharing tools, there's a lot here to keep the whole family entertained.

The hidden object genre is not for everyone. Its games are a niche breed, but for the right person they can provide a lovely, relaxing way to spend a couple of hours. Despite its questionable likeness to Hidden Folks, there’s no denying that Hidden Through Time makes a nice addition to the genre. Its whimsical and colourful art style is a delight, and the level editor is a nice touch that adds some much-needed longevity. Not being able to find that microscopic blue stone in a level might drive you mad, but it won’t stop you trying.
I feel that I don’t need to explain what Where’s Waldo is at this point, right? The book/game is a cultural staple, spanning through many types of media, and spawning a near infinite amount of copycats. Hidden Through Time, the brand new game developed by the same people behind Guns, Gore & Cannoli, is basically the same idea. However, there are a few twists that attempt to make it stand out from the rest of the crowd. Did it succeed though?
