Lifeless Planet hits you with a kind of preachy undertone that makes you think about the way we use our own planet. Lifeless Planet isn't a bad game, far from it, in fact, but it seems to slightly miss the mark in everything it tries to do. Whether this was due to the title being overly ambitious, or just needing a little more time to bake in the oven, we'll never know. Unraveling the thread to reveal the truth behind Lifeless Planets narrative is definitely its strongest appeal. Unfortunately, doing so often feels more like a chore than a joy. Add in some monotonous puzzles, and what you’re left with is a rather forgettable experience.
