A massive improvement over its predecessor, The Bridge Curse 2: The Extrication is an absolute treat for horror fans, combining tense exploration, enjoyable puzzles, and some effective scares.
The Bridge Curse 2: The Extrication is a good showing of Taiwanese horror. The jump scares are properly placed and the game isn’t too difficult. Unfortunately there are too many plot threads and you need some cultural knowledge to enjoy the game. But if you are a fan of horror, you don’t want to miss this game.
The Bridge Curse 2: The Extrication was a scary and campy ride from start to finish! The eerie buildings of Wen Hua University were a treat to explore as well! The story, while a tad bit dragged out near the latter half, was still very exciting and had me invested to the very end! Despite my complaints, the game was still a fun, campy time that you should play this Halloween!
The Extrication is still far from a masterclass in horror, but this better sophomore effort in the Bridge Curse franchise has shown it’s learned a few lessons along the way.
