Atomic Heart wants to be BioShock, but the tone of its narrative rubber-bands in quality. It's hard to tell which parts are poorly written, and which are intentionally comedic. By contrast, the environmental and character designs are excellent, which makes it worth pushing through the rougher sections. Atomic Heart is a spectacle, and it's got more highs than lows.
Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes is a frenetic musou game with all the mechanics that make the core series enjoyable. It has something for newbies and veterans alike.
Gran Turismo 7 is the pinnacle of simulation racing, with a wide array of vehicles, customization options and experiences that both newbies and series veterans will enjoy.

Believe me when I say Terminal Reality's three-volume Blair Witch series is a better use of your time. It may be hokey, but it's culturally significant – and you may actually walk away a bit shaken.
My Friend Pedro is an amalgam of fantastic bullet play, thumping electronic bass beats throughout each level, and hilariously weird characters. The zombie apocalypse has been done to death by now, to the point where the entire experience feels quite rote.
While it isn't without a few faults, it's very much an enjoyable way to spend an afternoon or two with, then return to later in the week to see how much more you can take on. I'm all about the grind in my day-to-day life, so seeing something similar in such a fun and rewarding little game was right up my alley. I'll definitely be picking up a copy when it debuts on Switch.
