Combining the Star Wars franchise with arena shooter gameplay is an interesting idea. But the result in Star Wars: Hunters does not end up turning a great experience to play. Even the biggest fans of arena shooters will be disappointed by the poor execution of many things.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes gets a lot of things right for fans of Japanese role-playing games. It has great visuals and a great soundtrack that complements everything. But poor design choices from the classic games that inspired it can negatively impact the whole experience. The main story may also not be that good for everyone, which can take a long time to play through.

Rainbow Cotton has a colorful and cutesy theme that will appeal to some fans of anime. But outside of the HD visual upgrade, there are multiple problems with the gameplay that can become frustrating. Co-op and Retro mode are interesting inclusions, but the meager amount of extra features leave almost no reason to come back later.

What fans are getting is a nice blend of the new and old parts they love about Prince of Persia delivered as something entirely new. I can’t wait to see what other secrets The Lost Crown reveals when it’s found by Prince of Persia fans.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 refines the gameplay to the absolute best of the series and offers a large roster of playable characters. Unfortunately, it squanders all of that potential with a short and poorly presented campaign fought against buggy AI, a forgettable Adventure Mode and online matches that are plagued with connectivity problems. The Ultimate Ninja Storm series sadly does not end on a high note.
