Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Reviews
Professional reviews from gaming critics
CoD 4: Modern Warfare is a new action-thriller that will arm gamers with the most advanced and powerful arsenal of modern day firepower to fight a new war in the world’s most treacherous hotspots.
Call of Duty 4 is everything we've come to love about the series and continues its tradition of stunning visuals and thrilling gameplay. It's more of the same, but every bit as polished as we hoped.
But the game’s biggest strength is in how well it establishes the tone and feeling of the console CoD4 games. The fast pace, mission structure, and gameplay are all distinctly Call of Duty, and everything performs beautifully. In addition to that, CoD4 on the DS is just a damn good game and will keep you entertained for quite some time.
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is a sensational game. The single-player experience might be short but it is Infinity Ward's best work to date. The multiplayer should keep you granted in COD4 for a very long time. This is a truly fantastic multiplayer offering that's as deep as any other online game available.
Dropping a chopper in an online match and accidentally shooting off another shot at it and killing 2 guys across the map with it.
