The fun of Ultimate Chicken Horse may be limited without others to play with, and its simple art design left a lot to be desired, but at $14.99, these are not good enough excuses to miss out on it. Single-player level creation games are intimidating and not for everyone, but with this particular multiplayer spin on it, you may find yourself to be more creative and thoughtful than you thought you were.
By just looking at some games, it's hard to tell what to expect. Although Ultimate Chicken Horse seems like a goofy 2D platformer, it's so much more than that so get ready for one of the most addictive multiplayer games that you'll ever play!
Ultimate Chicken Horse may not look like much, but it's hard to deny its innate charm and prowess at co-op fun.
I suggest unlocking the various playing maps Ultimate Chicken Horse has to offer. The first two or three maps may have you thinking you’ve already gotten most of the enjoyment out of the game, but you’d do well to push on for the rest. I’d recommend it be kept in any game night’s roulette to be whipped out randomly, enthusiastically, and often. Perfect for the holidays or any gathering of friends and family.
Jump in, pick an animal, and get ready to screw over your friends/enemies. Just be prepared to fail miserably until you figure out how it actually all works.
