Age of Mythology: Retold is a fantastic remake of a beloved classic. Returning fans will love the game, as will anyone else.
Visions of Mana have some cool things going for it, but ultimately, it's a collection of short films with some minor action thrown in.
Ara: History Untold is a complex 4X game where you get to shape your Nation and make it stand out in the records of history.
Flintlock is an explosive Soulslite that throws lots of weapons your way. The pacing may not be great, but that can be looked over thanks to the gameplay itself.
Instead of a "gritty pirate game," Skull and Bones is a looter shooter on the high seas that keeps stepping on its own toes. I hope future seasons will transform it into a game that's good for more than novelty ship battles.
Palworld
Palworld offers everything you'd expect, and so much more. From incredible boss fights to satisfying community building, there's something for everyone.
A Highland Song is a gorgeous game that will deliver a genuine and beautiful story. There are many secrets to discover, despite the travel mechanics that get in the way.
Knuckle Sandwich revives a lost genre while sparking a whole new one. It's uniquely clever and effortlessly funny.
Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria blends survival adventure and sandbox together fantastically. A very satisfying and rewarding experience all around.
Lords of the Fallen sets a new benchmark for all Soulslikes out there. It masters what we love about the genre, and adds to it in many ways. It won't get better than this for a while.
High on Life
High on Knife is as perfect as a High on LIfe DLC can get. It builds upon the mechanics of the first game, providing a funny and fresh experience.
