Atelier Escha & Logy DX refines the formula Ayesha laid out and other new features that make it not just the best in the Dusk trilogy, but one of the best Atelier games in general.
That said…it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. There’s a number of small issues here and there with the translation. Right off the bat I get a message about it “loadning game,” and there were a few game features where the text seems to use multiple different terms to refer to the same thing. The game also only likes a specific aspect ratio and, while you can still tell it to full screen anyway even if your monitor and such don’t match, the animations get noticeably jittery as if it...
Atelier Escha & Logy: Alchemists of the Dusk is a game that holds all of its strength within its mature and lively characters. A few problems here and there are nothing to discourage anybody from this great experience.
