DiRT Rally is a game that CodeMasters needed to create. While the similarities between prior games are obvious, DiRT Rally feels new and plays great.

Many games attempt to deliver on something that is easy to play but hard to master. OlliOlli 2 succeeds on this and literally welcomes you to prove it.

Evolve is a game that perpetuates and demonstrates the fun of online cooperative gameplay. Whether it's the A.I. combatants or online friends there's excitement to be found. Since the game relies on its multiplayer as its bread and butter, it's going to have to do a lot more in the long run should it hope to sustain any longevity.

Being nothing more than a game built around fan-service WWE 2K15 is going win any awards in terms of visuals or gameplay mechanics, But this isn't to say the game doesn't have some enjoyable moments, it's just sadly let down by a slow and underdeveloped control scheme that's proves to be more hassle than it's actually worth.

Wasteland 2 certainly knows its audience and I slightly get the feeling it's relying on this for its awareness. As an actual game however, it doesn't feel fresh or new and only seems to stand out due to its theme of being set in the post-apocalypse.

The term "You get out what you put in" is best defined by playing the Sims 4. It's an enjoyable game that fans will without a doubt love, but minor idiosyncrasies spoil what fun, can be gained from the experience.

If there's ever been a time to throw out the words "Indie" or "Developed on a budget" then now is the time. As it proves that time, effort, fan feedback, and passion, are more important than high budgets, annual recycling, scripted Hollywood aesthetics, and glorified tech demos.
