Forza Horizon 5: Rally Adventure

Rally Adventure is grounded expansion.  Those aren’t typically my favorite in the Horizon series, but this one is the exception.  I’m still not a huge fan of the chatter from the NPCs but every other part of this expansion is top-notch.  If you love the base game, this is more of it in a better-than-ever package.

Forza Horizon 5: Rally Adventure might not feel as different in its offerings from the base experience as last year's Hot Wheels expansion did, but it proves to be yet another chance for Playground Games to showcase how fundamentally fun the Forza Horizon formula is.

Forza Horizon 5: Rally Adventure is not only a love letter to the actual motorsport but also the video games that have paved the way and inspired series like Horizon. It might not be what everyone was necessarily wanting from the second and likely final expansion for FH5, but the driving experience here is fun from start to finish and remains the core focus - with dirt roads and tracks that will keep you on the edge of your seat, and all sorts of bumps and surprises along the way. It’s well worth your time if you’re looking for more adventures in the land of Horizon.

Rally Adventure is a fun ride but doesn't bring much new to the table. If you simply want more Forza Horizon 5, this DLC will likely suffice. However, if you are looking for something that will shake up the formula a bit more, this expansion may leave you feeling underwhelmed.
