My Memory of Us
Sometimes it’s not about the history. It’s about the story. My Memory of Us is a reminiscence of a friendship between a boy and a girl. A friendship made during tough times. Times of terror, pain, and exclusion in a world where people were forced to live in two artificially detached worlds.

My Memory of Us Reviews
Professional reviews from gaming critics
My Memory Of Us is a fantastic blend of storytelling interwoven with enjoyable puzzles, intelligent stealth mechanics and refreshing cooperative player-controlled play. This one is recommended for all adventure gamers and the elegant story-telling voiced by Patrick Stewart just sweetens the deal!
My Memory Of Us shouldn’t be missed! The side scrolling adventure puzzler features enjoyable gameplay suitable for all ages. Where the game really exceeds is the beautiful and haunting retelling of the Holocaust as a robot invasion through the eyes of two children that won’t let their friendship be torn apart by hate and prejudice.
My Memory of Us is a joy to play. It’s a well-crafted game that is clearly made by a team equipped to tackle such a heavy subject matter. Even without directly showing any Nazi symbols, the story is heart-wrenching and manages to pay tribute to the sacrifice of those who fought against them.
A pleasant story about two best friends who refuse to be separated by a great evil, My Memory of Us is brought down by some awkward controls, but remains impossibly nice throughout.
Bittersweet memories.
If there’s one aspect of the story I’m conflicted about, it’s the robots. Making the Nazis emotionless machines runs the risk of implying that humans would never do these things. On the other hand, the idea of two children tricking evil robots contributes to the sense that this is a story being told to a child. Without that filter, its delicate balance might collapse–and the fairy tale atmosphere in My Memory of Us is one of the things that makes its story resonate so well.
