Stormgate is an interesting new entry in the RTS genre, and while its visuals might be divisive, the gameplay is definitely good enough to get both fans of the genre, as well as newcomers hooked.
Stormgate still has a long road ahead of it, but it's already a special game, combining the familiar and the fresh into a satisfying RTS experience.
Stormgate’s weak campaign and messy pricing system make for an awkward introduction to this StarCraft-inspired RTS, but multiplayer strategy fans might find something to enjoy in mastering its tactically diverse factions.
