Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed is the latest outing for the green-skinned heroes in a halfshell. It picks up after the events of the 2023 movie
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleased isn’t the beat ‘em up 3D platformer you are expecting; instead, relationships are important, like in the Persona games.
Mutants Unleashed is rough around the edges, but it’s also surprisingly ambitious and gets the Mutant Mayhem Turtles spot-on.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed is a broken mess. The story lacks the depth of most other entries in the franchise, and the gameplay constantly stutters, leading to a nauseating experience. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: "Mutagen Man Unleashed" was strong episode for Donatello, who's now slowly coming to terms with the April situation. Meanwhile, Casey Jones made a promising debut, as he went toe to toe with Mutagen Man. Oh, and Super Robo Mecha Force Five!
