Shadow Warrior 3

Shadow Warrior 3

February 27, 2022
9.5

Overall, Shadow Warrior 3 is an unbridled good time with great fights and even greater one-liners. Add in some character and weapon upgrades with a great store and that is a recipe for success in my book. With the exception of the controller issues everything else in this game comes highly recommended by myself. Both versions of Shadow Warrior 3 are available on March 1st. The normal version is 49.99 USD on Steam and the Deluxe version is 59.99 USD. This will be available also on PlayStation ...

Overall, Infernax is a title I didn’t know about a week ago and has quickly sucked me in and become one of my top titles to play for 2022. It is available starting February 14, 2022. I highly recommend this for anyone who is into retro-style RPGs and platformers. Have fun and enjoy it as much as I have.

Overall, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition was set up to be one of the best things for GTA fans and it failed to hit that mark. It will now be remembered as a failure to launch title but I am sure Rockstar will step in and continue to fix some items within their game world. Released on November 11, 2021, this trilogy is listed at 59.99 USD and is available for all current and next-gen consoles and on PC as well. I hope for some updates soon. The games are playable but n...

Overall, Riders Republic takes what makes Forza Horizon great and puts an X-Games type twist to it. Biking, Snowboarding, and wingsuit races will make you want more action as you complete story missions and events to earn sponsors. Riders republic is out for most major systems and consoles right now for 59.99 USD.

Overall, this Switch version stands up right next to the other versions of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, and I was pleasantly surprised by it. While some things could be better in the game as a whole it doesn’t deter from the overall enjoyment of the story of Dragon Ball. I personally would like to have seen this one start all the way back in Dragon Ball when we first meet everyone, which would truly be a Kakarot story. It is now available on the Switch for 59.99 USD. Have fun with it.

Hot Wheels Unleashed
9.5

The overall feeling of Hot Wheels Unleashed is that it is a huge win for nostalgia fans and racing fans alike. From the graphical detail of the world to the tracks to the cars everything is spot on with how you remember these cars looking. The control you have while racing puts Hot Wheels Unleashed right up there with some of the other AAA racing titles. This title will be launching on September 30, 2021, to PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC for USD 49.

Overall, Valheim is a fairly complete game even though it is still in early-access. It suffers from some of the normal bugs and glitches that you see in other early-access titles but it also has a lot of content that is wonderful and works well. It is a great group game if you have a bunch of friends who feel like building Norse villages and going raiding. You can get this on Steam right now. I can't wait for future updates.

Overall, I love the old-school feels of Black Ops in Cold War and I love the storyline. All of the modes are fun to play and offer a lot for old players and new players alike. It is fun to get back into the action with players from all consoles and on PC to make the action that much better with cross-play. There are some issues with multiplayer that will seemingly never go away but such is life for an online multiplayer game. COD Black Ops: Cold War is $59.99 USD and has been out for a little...

Airborne Kingdom
7.5

Overall, Airborne Kingdom is a new style city-builder aimed at the casual player who wants to just try and build the best floating kingdom that they can. This title is currently $19.99 USD but is normally $24.99 USD, so it is a fairly cheap pickup for a nice relaxed time playing a city-builder. Hours may fly by if you are into this kind of game, and I know I spent well over four hours my first time playing just to get used to everything.

It is pretty clear to me that Activision wanted to make the purest remaster that they could while still bringing the quality of life changes that everyone deserved in 2020. In my personal opinion, this is the best title of the year, especially with the fact that I can play it at a constant 60FPS with my 2700x and 2080 and it is as smooth as butter. There are fast load times and even smoother bail transitions which allow you to get right back into the action faster. For 40.00 USD you can’t g...
