Army of Two: The 40th Day

Army of Two: The 40th Day is a solid, entertaining third-person shooter, best played with a friend, but it's not quite the big advancement over the original it could have been.

Lackluster action sequences, brain-dead AI and limited gameplay features really cripple the port of Army of Two: The 40th day on the PSP. While the game does feature morality moments, good dialogue and a variety of environments to fight through, the action is so basic and repetitive that the fun is completely missing. The console version of Army of Two: The 40th Day is well worth exploring, but spare yourself – and your buddies – from the PSP experience.

Army Of Two: The 40th Day plots the events of the bustling US-marines over a few short days, as the world around them comes crashing down. There's an almost Cloverfield-like approach to the pacing in The 40th Day; you're never quite sure what's going on, but you know you need to make it out alive.
