The frustrating moments happen often enough to hamper the gameplay in many ways, but despite this, UnMetal is still a really solid stealth game with some genuinely funny moments throughout.

UnMetal puts a parody spin on the older Metal Gear games, while also being a competent mid-80s stealth title. Its reliance on its humour in both gameplay and writing will make it a chore for some, but a joy for others.
UnMetal is a great indie game that excels in satirical storytelling and art commitment. Playing as Jesse Fox easily reminded me of the likes of Kung Fury infused with the elements from Metal Gear Solid. It’s one fun ride that I enjoyed following along with; I know some of the jokes are going to stay with me for a bit. However, since the gameplay can potentially hinder the best possible experience, some players might not favor repeated death sickness.
