Criminally Underrated Games

Underrated refers to my perception of the general consensus of a game's quality among gamers and the commentariat. Admittedly subjective, as I could perceive a game to be criminally underrated despite an aggregator score in the high 80s. I am attempting to rank these in order of difference between my enjoyment of a game and my perception of the wider sentiment. For example, if a game is my favorite of a series, and widely considered among the worst of the series - it will rank highly on this list.
