It’s a crime story with many twists and turns that keep you on your toes and on the edge of your seat, and that’s no mean feat. If you like a good story that requires you to do some thinking to unravel, 428: Shibuya Scramble is essential. It won’t satisfy those who like a lot of action in their games, but anyone who likes to take their time and devour a good book will be in their element, that’s for sure.
