Reynatis
REYNATIS is an excellent magical adventure set in the mean streets of Shibuya. With great use of its simple yet awesome gameplay mechanics, it’s definitely worth your time, but be prepared to deal with less-than-stellar design choices.
The Plucky Squire has a very slow start with excessive dialogue and over-tutorialisation, but once you get past that, it becomes an incredible, dimension-shifting adventure you shouldn't miss out on.
NBA 2K25
NBA 2K25’s array of entertaining modes and stunningly true-to-life visuals make shooting hoops feel better than ever.
Crypt Custodian is a great metroidvania title starring a cast of animals in the afterlife. There is lots to do here with puzzles and places to explore with a tonne of backtracking.
Black Myth: Wukong may look like another soulslike on the surface, but in truth, it is a fantastic action RPG with great boss battles, memorable characters, and my favourite mechanic of the year so far, Transformations. You can be a rock with legs!
A mysterious journey through a fascinating world, Caravan SandWitch is a relaxing adventure that is brimming with charm and is highly recommended!
With a refreshing twist on stealth gameplay, EVOTINCTION is a genuinely impressive title that fans of the genre shouldn’t pass up.
Natsu-Mon: 20th Century Summer Kid is like living through your childhood summers: filled with adventures, friends, chores, and great memories to look back on. Though the controls could be finicky, the overall experience was a level of wholesome all its own!
Akimbot
Akimbot is a great time, calling back to the PlayStation 2 era of games that features fun platforming and gunplay. However, it is held back by some odd decisions, a mediocre story, and even worse characters.
Squirrel with a Gun is a silly and crazy premise that equips a fuzzy rodent with a variety of weapons. There isn’t much of a story here, and it is very short, but it’s fun to play.
Shadow of the Ninja - Reborn has done a great job of updating the original game while paying homage to it by keeping the multiplayer option, be prepared for a challenge!
The Casting of Frank Stone takes Supermassive’s tried-and-true storytelling and mixes it with Dead by Daylight’s lore to tell a chilling, gruesome tale that’s highly replayable and accessible to non-DBD players.
