Lumo 2
Lumo 2 has some retro appeal and plenty of collectibles to gather scattered throughout its puzzle rooms, but the platforming just isn't great.
Ball x Pit
Ball x Pit is a game that I never want to stop playing, thanks to its clever fusion of Breakout bouncing and Roguelike randomness.
Disgaea 7 Complete is probably the best Disgaea game yet, and on the Nintendo Switch 2 it looks beautiful and runs smoother than ever.

Digimon Story Time Stranger is definitely one of the better Digimon games I've played, but it's lacking charm and just too slow going.
Nicktoons & The Dice of Destiny is an entertaining action RPG for newcomers, but its performance on Switch is disappointing.
Cloverpit
CloverPit is the Balatro of 2025. It's an incredibly clever Roguelike with a creepy setting, loads of build options and compelling slot machine action.
While not the best Atelier game in recent memory, Atelier Resleriana: The Red Alchemist & The White Guardian is fun and great for newcomers.
Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles brings the granddaddy of tactics to a whole new audience, and it's still bloody brilliant.
Hotel Barcelona is a bloody fun Roguelike, with a whole heap of creative ideas and just as many unhinged characters to meet.
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is the best kart racing game you'll play in 2025, with tons of fresh ideas and more content than you could shake a Chao at.
