If you want a serious straight-faced, team-based TPS, this probably isn't the game for you. Yet, if you simply would like to have a lot of fast-paced and exhilarating fun topped by all the eye-candy that can be squeezed into a single Blu-Ray disk, then the new adventure of Marvelous' ninja waifus can easily fit the bill.

The game does feel like it has some balance issues that need some tweaking, but they weren’t enough to keep from spending hours getting my ass handed to me in multiplayer mode. I personally hope the series continues to pursue this genre, as the potential exists to create a truly excellent team-based shooter with a bit more work.

Senran Kagura is a series synonymous with busty ninjas and certainly has a cult following around the life and hometown this series represents. Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash knows exactly what it is. It's not the deepest game around, but those that can appreciate its absurdity will find a solid enough third person shooter that certainly stands out.

Despite its altered gameplay and occasional flaws, Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash still offers more than enough fun and fanservice to keep longtime fans happy.

Marvelous Entertainment has graced us with yet another entry in the Senran Kagura series, aka Shinobi Girls with Impossible Boobs. While the story campaign could offer a lot more substance, the multiplayer portion is sure to provide hours of fun.

Peach Beach Splash has quite a fun soundtrack, full of uppity J-pop songs and excited summer jams that make you ready to take on the hordes of anime girls in front of you in aquatic combat. The voice acting is well-done, with the more enthusiastic characters standing out the most. Mr K in particular has some fantastic B-movie level screams of joy that really make this feel like a crazy beach contest.

Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash wears its heart on its, er, bras and bikinis with unabashed aplomb.
