Total War: Warhammer
Total War: Warhammer is probably the best that the Total War series has ever been. Replacing traditional historical elements with the fantastical setting of the Warhammer universe has breathed new life into a series that has struggled with innovation in recent years. While existing fans of the series surely won’t be disappointed...
Overwatch
With Overwatch, Blizzard Entertainment adds yet another addictive classic to its collection. Even in the over-saturated genre of online multiplayer shooters, Overwatch emerges clearly at the top of pile. The beauty of this game is in its simplicity: it’s what allows for the game to be fun, competitive, and accessible...
Battleborn
The battle is on for the last star in the universe. Battleborn; heroes from across the galaxies are clashed in a final showdown. So what happens when a universe of characters converge on to the same screen? Compete for one-liners, naturally.
Doom
The new DOOM is faster, more aggressive, more violent and more frantic than it has ever been in the past. Going back to the dynamic that made the franchise popular in the first place, its no-nonsense approach to killing horde after horde of horrible demons has to be applauded in...
Nathan Drake’s final adventure is a riveting, edge-of-your-seat thrilling action experience that had my heart in my throat with each over-the-top, zany and perfectly choreographed sequence. Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End takes all of the things we have loved about the previous games in the series and ramped it up,...
Nights of Azure
Nights of Azure was my first foray back into the creations of Gust since the Atelier Iris series, of which number 3 was a particular favorite. The game is set on Ruswal, a mysterious floating island in the North Sea. The inhabitants of Ruswal have been tormented by blue blooded...
Ratchet & Clank
Are you looking for adventure? Treasure? Space fights? Cheesy well executed one liner jokes and cute but fierce lead characters? Well Then! The brand spanking new Ratchet & Clank game on PS4 is for you! Yes, Ratchet is back again with his trusty robot buddy Clank, ready to become galactic rangers...
République
I didn’t know anything at all about République before I agreed to review it. Someone just said the word “stealth” and my hand automatically jumped into the air, volunteering me for an experience I wasn’t really ready for. This lead me to have zero expectations, something that I think really...
Mr Hercule Poirot. Many of you may be familiar with this fastidious Belgian, brought wonderfully to life by David Suchet in the long running British ITV series ‘Agatha Christie’s Poirot’. And this familiarity will serve you well, as ‘The ABC Murders’ focuses primarily on the modus operandi of the sleuth,...
Star Wars Battlefront
Like a young padawan learning the ways of the force, if there is one thing us Star Wars fans have had to come to terms with, it’s patience in the promise that ‘there is another’. Just like the hotly awaited episode 7 in theaters next month, a decade since the...
