Strayed Lights is a gorgeous game that does something a little different, focusing on dodges and parries instead of attacking, and it is great. It does have some performance issues on Steam Deck, but with the right tweaks, it can be an enjoyable experience.
Cassette Beasts is a great take on the monster catching/battling genre with some interesting new ideas and refinement of some others. It has a couple very small hiccups on Steam Deck, but these are easy to overlook and I would highly recommend the game on-the-go!
Afterimage is a beautifully drawn metroidvania with great ways to customize and run through the world. And it needs no tweaks to run well on the Steam Deck, making this a Best on Deck game!
OTXO
OTXO is a gorgeous and visually appealing top-down shooter with a focus on constantly changing guns and roguelite randomization. It runs fantastically on the Steam Deck without changes, making it a Best on Deck game!
Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly is a fantastic continuation of this relaxing series where you make coffee and get to know the interesting lives of your patrons. And thankfully, the game has no issue running on the Steam Deck!
The game's gorgeous stylized anime look and frenetic-but-gratifying combat come to life on the Steam Deck; there are some minor stability concerns but they do not derail the experience. The game is beautiful and captivating on the Deck!
Ghostwire Tokyo is a gorgeous and visually-appealing first-person action game that I truly loved, and while it can play on the Steam Deck, it does need some compromises to do so.
Resident Evil 4 is an incredible remake that recaptures and re-imagines the beauty of the original game. And with some tweaks, it will definitely be a great experience on the Steam Deck without draining your battery.
Ravenbound is a great looking open-world Roguelite game with a fantastic base and some unique mechanics. Unfortunately, it being a little harder to run and online-only makes it a bit of a compromise to play on the Steam Deck.
The Last Worker is a short, but enjoyable narrative-driven game about a worker trying to find his own path and break free from capitalism. And, for the most part, it plays very well on the Steam Deck!
Terra Nil is an awesome little game that has you trying to give back to nature instead of destroy the land, which is such a nice departure. And with minor compromises and our control scheme, it is fantastic to play on the Steam Deck.
