Assassin's Creed should certainly be played by anyone who's got a capable PC, but don't expect to be playing something that will go down in history as one of the greatest games of all time.
If you play Assassin's Creed for an hour, you will probably think it's a fantastic game. But as Assassin's progresses, its dual storylines and repetitive quests begin to grow tiresome. There are so many great individual elements, but they are lost among the myriad of poor decisions from Ubisoft Montreal. Wasting the big twist on the first five minutes of gameplay is a tremendous mistake, but not n...
Assassin's Creed: Odyssey is a solid attempt to create a new epic, but it also falls foul of similar missteps to its predecessors.

Since nearly all the various trinkets and relics and map markers have meaningful purpose, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is a rare open-world game where virtually every activity feels worth doing. Assassin's Creed is comfortably the greatest video game movie to date. Boasting brilliantly shot fight scenes, surprisingly competent performances and a silly but enjoyable Dan Brown-style conspiracy plot, it largely manages to avoid the camp and over the top feel that plagues the genre. Yet while it’s a solid game-to-movie adaptation, the problem is, it’s still not a particularly good movie.
Assassin's Creed is a thorough mistake of a film with little to no redeeming features.
Assassin's Creed is a brilliant game that offers a unique and very rewarding experience. The game does lack multiplayer, which would have been a great addition to an excellent single player campaign. Longevity is high, but not at the expense of great fun. It is a milestone in videogames, but then lost to a limitation of actions, lack of interactivity in general and problems with artificial intelli...
