While Cuisineer has great theming and cute art design, it's not enough to save it from a tedious cafe manager setup and hideously unbalanced dungeons and combat.

My Time at Sandrock is a true desert gem, with a fantastic main plot, amazing characters, fun art style and a variety of systems that will keep you busy for as long as you want, marred only by a few minor technical issues.

Beyond Blue is an entertaining diversion for a few hours. Unfortunately, its fun gameplay is held back by its small scale and clunky writing.

Granblue Fantasy: Versus is a delightful spin-off from the mobile game, accessible for beginners and fun for veterans of the fighting genre, though the limited roster and lack of genre innovations are drawbacks.

Spirit of the North has much to offer, even though some of the finer points get lost in between the cracks, it's a journey well worth taking.
