So far, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection has been a blast and I am optimistic that this game will be one worth having on the Steam Deck.
You owe it to yourself to play the Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection on PC. Regardless of whether you've played it before on PlayStation or are jumping in for the first time, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection is well worth playing on the platform.
The first thing many will notice are the improved graphics and resolution options in Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, with Fidelity Mode offering native 4k with a target framerate of 30fps. For players that choose to prioritize framerate but have a 4k compatible display, Performance Mode will upscale the resolution from its base 1440p and target 60fps, as well as utilizing improved anti-aliasing to downscale to a crisp 1080p. In the case of this review, Performance+ Mode set the base resolution to 1080p and target 120fps for those with 120hz displays, rather than using that processing power to downscale from 1440p.
Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection is a fantastic collection that greatly enhances two top-tier games. The lack of multiplayer is disappointing, but it's hardly a deal-breaker. And after seeing how great Uncharted looks and plays on PS5, fans will be clamoring for a proper Uncharted sequel built for the ground-up for the platform.

Whilst the price is a little steep, I can't deny the fact that the Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection provides the best way to play two of PlayStation's best games. Naughty Dog's finest shine on the PS5 hardware and if you haven't played these games, you're in for an absolute treat, and if you're returning to these games, you can expect to be blown away all over again, if not for the enhanced visuals alone.

No doubt some will have expected more of a visual overhaul, but it’s hard to find fault with Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection. Both Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and The Lost Legacy still look stunning, and thanks to better frame rates and other PS5-centric features they are more immersive and fun to play than ever before. If you own one or both of these games on PS4 and are considering playing them again, it’s well worth upgrading. And if you’ve never played them? Well, you’d be mad to let the opportunity pass you by again if you own a PS5.
The Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection bundles the single-player component of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End with Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, a previously standalone expansion, and gives them the remaster treatment for PS5 (and PC, at some point later in 2022).
