The Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy is an excellent collection of games that the earlier Phoenix Wright-heavy series of games may have previously overshadowed. While Phoenix may be the title character in two of the games, these games as a collection collate Apollo’s character and shine a light on the ever-growing team of attorneys as they defend a range of characters, from the malevolent to the bizarrely charming.

It's not the best trilogy in the series, but it's still a very fun set of games. It suffers a bit from spotlight sharing issues and the puzzles maybe aren't the most well-thought out, but the stories will pull you in and has some memorable characters to add to the full cast from the series. The visual upgrades are wonderful in almost all cases and makes it worth picking it up just to play on your PC monitor.

The Apollo Justice Ace Attorney Trilogy is a welcome remastering of classic titles. The graphics will make them feel more “modern,” while the cases will eat up your time as you figure out the truth. Not everything is as refined as it should be, but this is something you won’t want to miss out if you’re an Ace Attorney fan!

The Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy is overall a fantastic release, bundling up two incredible games and one less-than-incredible one, and with a bevy of other features and other content for those Chords of Steel fans. Spirit of Justice might be a weakest link, but it’s still one in a damn solid chain full of charm, humour, and plot twists. If you’re a fan of Ace Attorney, you need this collection, and honestly this is still worth your time even if you’re not.

The three games of the Apollo Justice "trilogy" are well worth the read, even if they aren't an ideal starting point for the series.

Each of the three games included in this remastered trilogy may feature the same story as their originals, yet the quality brought to the Nintendo Switch collection is worth a look. Those who may have missed the games the first time around, or who have never played any Phoenix Wright title will enjoy the narratives where each mystery is beautifully written and intriguing in its subtlety. The evidence suggests that the Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy is well worth the many hours of gameplay included, and is only guilty of being a wonderfully remade collection of mysteries.

While it can be jarring jumping from 2D animation into 3D, all three games tie into each other pretty well and offer a fun experience for both old and new fans.

Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy is a collection of games 4-6 in the Ace Attorney visual novels series. The games are Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies, and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice. All three were originally released for the Nintendo DS. Modern console owners have had access to the first three games in the form of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy for a few years. We’ve also had access to the two latest games in the series The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles. Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy finally collects the missing...

There is no objection needed here, as Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy is just what we wanted to see with the re-release of these three classic games in the series. You may not have the convenience of the second screen from the originals, but pretty much everything else is better here than in the past. The visual upgrades for all three are impressive and are very much in line with other modern games and releases, while the gameplay for the trio still holds up very well today. While the Ace Attorney series is definitely not for everyone as a visual...

Heck, I think it’s a good idea to play the original Ace Attorney trilogy, currently on Game Pass, not because you need to (each entry is a clean slate of sorts) but the build up and pay off for character stories will only be sweeter when you find out how things came to be. I love the original trilogy and I won’t pass up on a moment to recommend it, and I hope to see this series continue in this decade.

At this point, we all know that the Ace Attorney series is one of those series of Visual Novels that everyone has at least heard about. The first trilogy of games is considered to be one of the best, introducing many players to visual novels and having them branch off to series like Zero Escape and Danganronpa. But, of course, the series didn't end with Trials and Tribulations. Three more entries in the Ace Attorney series followed this one.

Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy only makes minor improvements to the three games it compiles, but the extras are well worth it for any fan to see. Some textures are still low resolution and the game is still capped at 30 fps across the board, but these are three fantastic games full of humor, drama, and heart.

Capcom’s recent remastering efforts with the Ace Attorney games have turned me into a fan of the series, even though, for the most part, I’m not exactly the biggest fan of visual novels. Ever since the release of the first remastered collection of the GBA originals back in 2019, I’ve been eagerly anticipating brand new collections of previously released hidden gems, despite not being well-versed into the series’ lore that much. After dropping collections of GBA and Nintendo 3DS titles...

Outsiders of the Ace Attorney series might not be familiar with the name Apollo Justice, but fans know the character is a big deal. He's second only to Phoenix Wright in terms of playable appearances, and his new collection, the Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy, gathers all of those outings in one convenient package. While there's not much new content, quality-of-life improvements and a visual overhaul do a lot to modernize Apollo's courtroom saga, making it a worthwhile journey for fans new and old.

Definitely the lesser trilogy in Capcom's long-standing lawyer 'em up series, but among the gimmicks and gadgetry there are still plenty of highlights to be found here, and Spirit Of Justice is up there with Ace Attorney's best.

All in all, the three visual novel games included in the Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy, though not without their flaws, are excellent in their own ways and provide hours of engaging content.

Apollo Justice is a worthy successor to Phoenix Wright and the trilogy that bears his name is a wonderful collection of stories.

With Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy, Capcom's mission to bring all the series' mainline games to modern platforms is finally complete. Continuing the storyline from the beloved original trio of adventures, this is arguably the best collection the publisher has put together yet, fleshing it out with a much fuller set of fan-pleasing extras. And that's the main thing; this package will be lapped up by the franchise's passionate followers, even if the games themselves are a touch less consistent.
